Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Organic) is a member of the Lily family, it is a succulent, perennial plant that closely resembles a Cactus. There are over 250 different species of Aloe, growing mainly in the dry regions of Africa, Asia, Europe and America. Aloe Barbadensis Miller is considered the true Aloe Vera. It is the most potent – nutritionally and medicinally with high antioxidant levels due to the presence of Vitamins A, C, and E. Aloe Vera also helps new skin cells form and hastens healing, especially with skin blemishes.

Alcohol (Organic) uses production methods without residues that can potentially pollute air, soil, and water. It is produced from products free of pesticides and fertilizers, chemicals that, when ingested frequently, can potentially increase the risk of cancer and other health risks.

Blueberry Fruit Extract (Organic) contains high amounts of Vitamin A & C for anti-aging benefits. It contains vitamins A, B, C, and E and is a natural anti-oxidant that helps the skin repair itself and protect itself from free radicals. Free radicals break down the connective tissues in your skin causing your skin to harden and lose its natural elasticity and strength.

Glycerin - Tribehenin is a humectant, meaning it attracts moisture to your skin. Vitamin E / Tocopheryl Acetate is a natural preservative, anti-oxidant and moisturizer. It is effective as a natural defense against harmful UV rays, preventing hyper-pigmentation and sun damage. As a natural emollient, it makes skin feel smoother, reduces roughness, heals cracking and irritation and retards the fine wrinkles from aging.

Xanthan Gum is a plant-based thickening and stabilizing agent. It is a polysaccharide created by allowing the Xanthomonas campestris bacterium to ferment on a sugar. The result is a gel that is then dried and milled to create the powder substance. In the world of gluten-free baking, xanthan gum plays the crucial role of imitating gluten and for cosmetics creates elasticity in mixtures.
